Support programme for dual career couples (DCC) at the universities and research institutions

The topic of dual careers has always been a decisive element at universities in Switzerland for hiring excellent scientists. In the aftermath of the Swiss Federal Equal Opportunity of Woman and Men at the Universities Programme, universities in Switzerland increased their efforts to support dual career couples by introducing both targeted services designed for and within the individual institution but also by joining forces and founding networks, sharing information, developing best practice and publishing transparent and clear rules.
